We
like to make this as simple, secure, speedy and convenient as possible.
When you phone your order through to us we will tell you at that time
what the postal charge is.
However,
so that you have an idea in advance, the information below will help you
work out what your p&p should cost.
Cost
Of Postage
1)
We only send items using next day delivery services and all parcels
require a signature.
2)
If your order will fit in a Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope then we
will use that method, otherwise we will put it / them in a box and
send it via ParcelForce.
3)
Unless your total order is so big that it requires more than one box you
can assume that the maximum you will pay for p&p is a single charge
of £7.50 * - therefore whether you order 1 item, or 5 items or
10 items - if we can get them into 1 box then all you pay is £7.50 for p&p *.
4)
Two boxes (or more) are rarely needed for the average or typical
customer but if you do have that big an order then the p&p is £7.50
* per box.
5)
The £7.50 single payment is the maximum charge* - however
in at least 50% of cases our customers pay less than this -
for example a single wig costs only £4.50 to post, and many costumes
cost only £6.00 to post.
* An extra £2.00 is
chargeable if you order Friday for guaranteed Saturday delivery using
Royal Mail Special Delivery. If Parcelforce is required then any extra
charge for Saturday delivery can be found out by phoning us.
WE

IDEA OF WHAT YOUR P&P WILL BE - BUT, AS MENTIONED, WE WILL CONFIRM
IT ANYWAY WHEN YOU PHONE IN YOUR ORDER.
If
all you wanted to know was the likely p&p charge then you can go
back to the product pages and hopefully phone your order - the next
section below explains more about delivery times, what happens if there
is a delivery problem, parcel security and other related matters.
If
you are used to ordering by mail then it is pretty much standard
information but it's always advisable to read it anyway, either now or
later. Alternatively you can have your questions about these things
answered when you phone.
Delivery
Times
Parcels
sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed next day
delivery to arrive before 1pm (to
some remote parts of the UK it will take 2 days).
The parcel will need a signature so
please have someone wait in for it to arrive (you can have it delivered
to your home or your work address).
Saturday
delivery is guaranteed with Special Delivery only after payment of an
extra £2.00 added to the normal postal charge for the item/s.
Parcels
sent via ParcelForce are guaranteed next day delivery to arrive
any time up to 6pm (to
some remote parts of the UK it will take 2 days). The parcel will need a signature so please have
someone wait in for it to arrive (you can have it delivered to your home
or your work address).
Saturday
delivery is only possible with ParcelForce if you pay more for the
service - please phone us for details.
Should
there be no person present to sign for a parcel then Royal Mail normally
(but not always) leave a card to inform you that the parcel will be held
at your nearest sorting office for you to pick up yourself.
