If you phone or email your order through to us we will tell you at that time (or as soon as possible) what the postal/shipping/handling charge will be. 1) We usually send parcels to addresses outside of the UK using Royal Mail ParcelForce Worldwide.

2) All parcels need to be signed for on arrival.

3) Shipping / postage charges depend on the volume of the parcel (volumetric weight) so we try to put your goods in as small a box as we can to cut costs.

Delivery Times

Shipping time depends on which country you are in - please ask us by phone or email for info on this.

Should there be no person present to sign for a parcel it should normally be taken to your nearest sorting office for you to pick up yourself.
