Movies such
as "The Night Of The Living Dead" (1968) and "Dawn Of The Dead"
(1978 then 2004) have helped propel
(at a slow walking pace) the zombie creature into a classic horror beast
and halloween costume idea. These
walking dead creatures have also appeared in modern pop videos - especially Michael
Jackson's Thriller video (1983) - and in spoof horror movies such as "Shaun Of The Dead" -
what a fried gold film that is!
Now there is
even a regular Zombie walk for charity held in many UK cities where
thousands of participants wearing walking dead costumes - such as zombie
doctors, cheerleaders, school boys, office workers - and latex makeup
and fake blood shuffle
around the city centres for charitable causes. This is known as "Zombie Aid" and
