Fancy Dress Costumes
Many dresses in the sixties and seventies
tended to have patterns which were psychedelic or flower power style, with
bright gaudy colours. This dress is ideal for emulating those swinging
60's or disco fever 70's days.
The term "psychedelic"
was first coined by the psychiatrist Humphry Osmond in 1957, just before
the 60's decade began.
Along with 1960's and
1970's dresses it was fashionable to wear boots - either go-go boots with a
shorter heel or platform boots, with a thick and high heel and sole. When
it comes to fancy dress for both these decades then we can supply both
types of 60s or 70s boots plus the dresses.
