Mini dresses for ladies in the sixties and seventies were
very popular, and came in patterns which often had a psychedelic or flower power
design - plus the classic
Indian inspired paisley pattern, named after the town in Scotland where it
was produced in large quantities in the nineteenth century. Also, in
the 70's, glittery and sparkly clothing was very popular - and a big part
of the disco scene - for instance sequin boob tubes.
1960's and 1970's short dresses looked fab when worn with boots - either go-go
boots with a short heel or platform boots, with a big high heel and sole.
Party Pants fancy dress can supply both
types of 60's or 70's boots and of course the retro dresses.
